A magnitude-5.7 earthquake hit Hualien County in southwestern Taiwan on Monday, marking the third consecutive day of tremors. One death and over 140 injuries were reported. Four people were trapped after a building collapsed, all of whom have now been rescued. Andy Lee reports from Taipei.
