A magnitude-6.9 earthquake hit Hualien County, China's Taiwan region, at a depth of 10 kilometers at 2:44 p.m. on September 18, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center. One death and over 140 injuries were reported. CGTN stringer records drone footage of the epicenter.
