The Buffalo Bills beat the Tennessee Titans 41-7 at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park on Monday. It was their seventh game scoring 40+ points since 2020, the most among all NFL teams.
Bills quarterback (QB) Josh Allen completed 26 of 38 passes for 317 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions. Linebacker Matt Milano scored a pick six (an interception returned for a touchdown) on an errant pass by Titans QB Ryan Tannehill. Buffalo scored 34 unanswered points in the second and third quarters.
"When we execute how we know we're supposed to execute, success typically leads to success. We're just trying to be the best version of ourselves," Allen said. "It doesn't matter who it's against. Like, that's a good team that we played. For us to go do that was great."

Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs was targeted 14 times by Allen and finished with 12 receptions for 148 yards and three touchdowns. His receiving performance matched that of the Titans offense, which only completed 12 catches for 123 yards and no touchdowns. Diggs' longest reception was for 46 yards, followed by 39-yard and 28-yard grabs by wide receivers Jake Kumerow and Isaiah McKenzie, respectively.
"It was a lot left on the bone, really," Diggs said. "We had a lot of points. I think we had one punt and I think it came back to us. But just doing your job, and at this point we're doing OK I guess."
By contrast, the Titans' longest reception in Monday's game was a 19-yard catch by tight end Austin Hooper. Tannehill threw 11-for-20 for only 117 yards with two interceptions. Their only score came from running back Derrick Henry via a rushing touchdown.

However, that was Henry's only highlight against the Bills on Monday night after he ran for only 25 yards on 13 carries. Both he and Tannehill were frozen by the Buffalo defense, which had eight tackles and two sacks.
"I pride myself on making plays and being a playmaker for this team. And I didn't do that tonight," Henry said. "They were the better team tonight in all three phases, the whole game. We just weren't good enough. At all."
"We got our (butts) kicked, plain and simple," Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said. "They outplayed us and they outcoached us, and that's the definition of it. We're going to go back to work and try to figure out how to win a football game."

Despite the dominant win, the Bills lost cornerback Dane Jackson, who was taken to the hospital after colliding with his teammate linebacker Tremaine Edmunds in the first half. Jackson suffered a neck injury and has full movement in his extremities, according to the team. He will get a CT scan and an X-ray at Erie County Medical Center.
"Still awaiting word and obviously praying for Dane and all of [the Bills' injured players]," Bills head coach Sean McDermott said. "You go from the real part of it here; you go from being a coach to just being a human when I'm out there watching him getting loaded into the ambulance. That's a real moment."
In the other game on Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Minnesota Vikings 24-7 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. The Eagles should send a basket of muffins to Vikings QB Kirk Cousins, who threw three interceptions in front of the end zone in this game.
