Iranian president says his country won't seek nuclear weapons

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi reiterated that Iran does not seek nuclear weapons at the UN General Assembly on Wednesday.

"We do not seek to make or acquire nuclear weapons, and these weapons have no place in our faith," Raisi said.

It was the U.S. that trampled the agreement, not Iran, the Tehran times quoted Raisi as saying.
