In a recorded address to the UN General Assembly, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that "a crime had been committed against his nation" and that Kyiv wants "just punishment" for Russia.
Zelenskyy laid out what he said are five non-negotiable conditions for peace, including punishment for Russia, restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity, and security guarantees.
