Autumn Equinox, signaling the start of autumn, falls on September 23 this year. Autumn harvesting season has started across China, with farmers harvesting grain, spices, vegetables and fruits. During the season, harvesters gather in the rice fields in Chengde City of north China's Hebei Province and east China's Shanghai Municipality.
