Hong Kong has announced that it will end COVID-19 hotel quarantine from September 26. All international arrivals will be able to return home or to accommodation for their choice. A pre-flight PCR test, which was required for travelers to Hong Kong within 48 hours of flying, will be replaced by a rapid antigen test.
