Russia says prevented strikes at Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant

Russian forces prevented the Ukrainian side's attempts to strike the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant with eight drones, the Russian Foreign Ministry claimed on Sunday, RIA news agency reported.

The radiation level at the power plant remains normal, the ministry said.

Kyiv has not responded to this report.
