The mandatory hotel quarantine for international arrivals has been scrapped in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Beginning 6 a.m. on Monday, incoming visitors only need to undergo three days of self-monitoring and observation from home or from the hotel they are staying in, according to Chief Executive John Lee.
