Thousands in Germany demand opening of Nord Stream 2

Around 3,500 people gathered in German city of Lubmin on Sunday to protest against the federal government's energy policy, calling for the opening of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline and an end to sanctions against Russian energy, local media Norddeutscher Rundfunk reported.
