Russia denies any plan to force overseas Russian citizens to return

The Russian Defense Ministry has not sent any appeal to state authorities of Kazakhstan, Georgia or other countries regarding the forced return of Russian citizens present in those countries and had not prepared any and had no plan to do so, the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
