Expert: China and Japan should uphold true multilateralism

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi put forward a five-point view on building China-Japan relations during his video speech at an event marking the 50th anniversary of the normalization of relations between the two countries. Professor Teng Jianqun, a researcher at the China Institute of International Studies, says the two countries should work together and uphold true multilateralism.
