Lyman town in east Ukraine has been fully cleared of Russian forces, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Sunday in a video posted on his telegram channel.
"As of 1230 (0930 GMT), Lyman is fully cleared," he said.
The announcement came a day after Russian Defense Ministry said it has decided to withdraw troops from Lyman over threat of encirclement.
