Homemade explosive device in northeastern DR Congo injures at least 10

A homemade explosive device went off in a cinema in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo) on Monday, wounding at least 10 people, including children and teenagers, an army official and a hospital worker said.
