Zelenskyy ratifies decision to not negotiate with Putin

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ratified the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on the "impossibility of negotiations" with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian media reported Tuesday.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov later commented that Russia will wait for a change in the position of Zelenskyy or the future president of Ukraine.
