Hungary says EU price cap on Russian oil exempts pipeline shipments

Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto said in a statement late on Tuesday that pipeline shipments are exempted from the price cap on Russian oil proposed as part of the European Union's eighth round of sanctions.
