Putin calls on measures to resolve 'tragic events' in Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday called on working on measures to resolve "tragic events" that are happening in Ukraine and conflicts occurring in other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Putin made the remarks at the informal summit meeting of heads of state of the CIS.
