Death toll rises to 14 as Syrian migrant boats sink off Algerian coast

Fourteen Syrian migrants have been drowned off the Algerian coast when two boats carrying 26 people sank off the coast on Wednesday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Friday.
