Delegations from more than 30 countries and at least 24 foreign ministers attended the 52nd General Assembly of the Organization of American States in Lima, Peru. This year's theme was to combat inequality and discrimination in the region. Hildebrando Cahuana, a member of Communist Party of Peru, says that the U.S. is turning a blind eye to the inequalities that exist.
