Death toll of Irish petrol station blasts rises to 9: police

The death toll from an explosion on Friday afternoon at an Irish petrol station in County Donegal has risen to nine, police force said.

The blast ripped through the Applegreen service station and convenience store and adjacent buildings in the village of Creeslough.

A search and recovery operation is continuing, as rescue workers try to locate several people who are still missing.
