U.S. Embassy in Kyiv urges citizens to leave Ukraine

The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv on Monday urged U.S. citizens to "shelter in place and depart Ukraine now using privately available ground transportation options when it is safe to do so," it said on Twitter.
