At least 11 people were killed and 64 wounded in Russian missile strikes across Ukraine on Monday, Ukraine's State Emergency Service said on Telegram.

The agency said that the four regions of Lviv, Poltava, Sumy and Ternopil had no electricity following the attacks, and that the electricity supply had been partially disrupted in other parts of Ukraine.

The Russian Armed Forces launched a massive high-precision long-range attack at the facilities of military control, communications and energy systems of Ukraine, Russia's Defense Ministry said on Monday via Telegram.

The ministry added "the goal of the attack has been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralized."
