Air raid sirens blared all over Ukraine on Tuesday, local media has reported.

Explosions were reported in several regions in Ukraine, including Kyiv, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Rivne and Dnepropetrovsk, according to the Ukrainian Independent Information Agency. A thermal power plant in the Vinnytsia region and the regional center of Zaporizhzhia were attacked by Russian forces, according to local officials.

Ukraine's State Emergency Service said at least 19 people were killed and 105 wounded in Russian missile strikes across Ukraine on Monday.

There has been no response from Russia yet.
