At least 36 killed, rescuers search for dozens missing in Venezuela

Floods in Venezuela have killed at least 36 people, while more than 50 people are missing. Some 1,000 rescuers combed through mud and debris on October 10th searching for the missing after a landslide. President Nicolas Maduro decrees 3 days of national mourning after the biggest river flood in the area in 30 years.
