Electricity and water supply in Lviv has been fully restored, announced the head of the region.
Hourly electricity blackouts are introduced in Kyiv, with the duration of outages not exceeding four hours, the region's energy operator said on Tuesday.
A new round of explosions was heard in the regions of Kyiv, Odessa, and Mykolaiv.
