Before the start of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China Media Group has interviewed a few international politicians. Chairman of Hungarian Workers' Party Gyula Thürmer praised the Chinese Communist Party for its priority of people's interests and promoting economic development for the benefit of the people. Portuguese politician António Filipe recognized China's success in poverty alleviation. He and the president of Communist Party of Spain, José Luis Centella Gómez both endorsed China's multilateralism.
