Special industries have played a significant role in the economic development and prosperity of several counties in China. Dehua, a county in Fujian's Quanzhou has been a trendsetter in China's county economy, with its white porcelain industry. Nearly 70% of the county's ceramic products are exported to more than 190 countries and regions in the world.
