Nearly 10,000 people evacuated as Hurricane Julia drenches Central America

Hurricane Julia has dissipated but is still drenching Guatemala and El Salvador after reemerging in the Pacific Ocean after pounding Nicaragua. At least 28 people have been reported dead as a result of the storm. Julia has left 6,469 people homeless in two cities on Nicaragua's Caribbean coast. Nearly 10,000 people have been evacuated.
