The 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) has concluded its seventh plenary session in Beijing with a communique being issued. The communique says that the 20th CPC National Congress will open on October 16 in Beijing. Xia Lu, professor from the School of Marxism Studies at Renmin University of China, says that contributing factors to China's achievement are the strong leadership of the CPC and the endeavors of the Chinese people.
