Russian governor says building damaged in Belgorod by Ukrainian shelling

A multi-story residential building in the Russian city of Belgorod was damaged by shelling from Ukrainian armed forces, the region's governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Thursday.
He later revealed in a Telegram post that there were no casualties and the destruction was not critical for the building.
There has been no response from Ukraine yet.
