The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will elect members of the 20th CPC Central Committee as part of an agenda determined earlier on Saturday, spokesperson Sun Yeli said during a press conference at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
The conference, to be held from October 16 to 22, will also hear and review a report by the 19th CPC Central Committee as well as a work report of the 19th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Sun said.
