Erich Kaiserseder has been in the tourism industry all his life. This is his 12th year living in China, but he has never explored China's rural life in depth. On a recent trip to find authentic food, he came to Shenbei District, Shenyang City, the capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province. He found the trip completely unexpected.
