Oil depot in Russia's Belgorod hit by shelling: governor

A fire broke out at an oil depot in Russia's Belgorod region due to shelling, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Telegram.
He said one of the shells hit the oil depot and emergency department is dealing with the situation.
"There is no threat of spread," he added without giving other details.
