Russian President Vladimir Putin scrapped a ban on foreign exchange transactions in a number of international development banks, including the BRICS bank, TASS reported on Saturday, citing a government decree.
Putin also authorized the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to issue permits for the export of foreign currency from Russia in the amount of more than $10,000.
