China will improve the system of income distribution to encourage people to achieve prosperity through hard work, Xi Jinping said on Sunday at the opening session of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He stressed that China will implement the employment-first strategy, refine the public services system for employment and do more to help those in difficulty find employment and meet their basic needs.
