The Standing Committee members of the presidium of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Monday joined delegates in discussing the report delivered at the congress.
Li Keqiang participated in a group discussion with delegates from northwest China's Gansu Province.
Li had in-depth exchanges with the delegates and voiced his unequivocal support of the report delivered by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, on behalf of the 19th CPC Central Committee to the congress.
He said impressive advances have been achieved in the cause of the Party and the country over the past decade, adding that development is the Party's top priority in governing and rejuvenating China.
He called for effectively upgrading and appropriately expanding the country's economy.

He called for pooling strength to implement strategic arrangements laid out in a report of the 19th CPC to the 20th CPC National Congress, saying that the report is a guiding document that pools the wisdom of all in the Party, reflects the will of the people and has a major guiding role in developing the cause of the Party and the country.
Zhao said the Party's self-reform is a journey to which there is no end.
"We must never slacken our efforts and never allow ourselves to become weary or beaten," he said.

While stressing that development is the top priority, Han highlighted the significance of ensuring both development and security. He called for greater effort to ensure food and energy security and the stability of industrial and supply chains.
After listening to the discussion of fellow delegates, Han called on Hainan to push forward the high-standard construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, focus on trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and make new progress in comprehensively deepening reform and opening up.
Other members of the presidium also joined delegates attending the congress for discussion.
