U.S. President Joe Biden will announce Wednesday that he's putting the final 15 million barrels on the market from a record release of U.S. strategic oil reserves, with more releases possible if energy prices spike, AP reported Tuesday citing an unnamed senior U.S. official.
It completes the release of 180 million barrels authorized by Biden in March that was initially supposed to take place over six months.
