InFocus: OPEC announces biggest cut since beginning of pandemic
04:53

The group of major oil producers, including Saudi Arabia and Russia, announced the production cut after its first in-person meeting since March 2020. The reduction is equivalent to roughly 2 percent of global oil demand. CGTN's You Yang has more.
