The Press Center for the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) hosted a press conference in Beijing on Wednesday to brief the media on the building of rule of law in China.
"The comprehensive framework for law-based governance has taken shape, this is one of the most important milestones achieved by the Party over the past decade," said Vice Minister of Justice Zuo Li.
