Russia approves decree on martial law in 4 new regions

The Federation Council of Russia on Wednesday adopted a resolution approving the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the introduction of martial law in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
