The 20th typhoon of this year, "Nesat" is approaching south China's coastal areas, bringing extreme weather, such as strong winds and storms, to many places, including Guangdong and Hainan provinces, in the next two days. Triggered by Nesat, Haikou and Sanya cities in Hainan have activated a level-III emergency response to floods and gales.
