A total of 60 confirmed and 20 probable Ebola cases have been reported in Uganda, with 44 deaths, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO), said at a briefing on Wednesday, adding that 25 people have already recovered.

"We remain concerned that there may be more chains of transmission and more contacts than we know about in the affected communities," Ghebreyesus added.
