On October 19, Hayk Mamijanyan, a member of the Armenian Parliament and Armenia-China Parliamentary friendship group, gave an exclusive interview to CGTN on the ongoing 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC). In the report to the 20th CPC National Congress, the "Global Development Initiative" was mentioned again. Hayk Mamijanyan thinks China is playing an increasingly important role in the process of creating a multi-polarized world.
