South African Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu says the governance model of the Communist Party of China and its achievements in poverty alleviation and modernization have offered valuable lessons for her country. Lindiwe Zulu, also chairperson for the ANC's Sub-Committee on International Relations, adds that China and South Africa are enjoying strong bilateral relations. Zulu also points out that serving people wholeheartedly has been key to the CPC's success and vitality.
