Kirill Stremousov, the Russian-appointed deputy head of the regional administration in Kherson, said on Friday that the information regarding the mining of the dam at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant in the city of Nova Kakhovka "is not true," according to RIA news agency.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed on Thursday in a meeting via video link with European leaders in Brussels that Russia had mined the dam and aggregates of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant and was preparing to blow it.
