Russian, Turkish defense ministers discuss Ukraine in phone call

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu discussed the situation in Ukraine with his Turkish counterpart, Hulusi Akar, on Sunday, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Telegram.
Shoigu conveyed his concerns about "possible provocations by Ukraine with the use of a 'dirty bomb'," according to the ministry.
