A delegation headed by Lebanon's Deputy Parliament Speaker Elias Bou Saab is due to visit Damascus, capital of Syria, on Wednesday to discuss the maritime border issue with senior Syrian officials, Lebanese President Michel Aoun said on Twitter on Monday.
