The Russian Defense Ministry said that Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov held a telephone conversation with Britain's chief of defense staff, Tony Radakin and discussed "the situation related to the possible use of a 'dirty bomb' by Ukraine."
