Rare 'Eagle River' spectacle discovered in northeast China's Dalian
00:41

Recently, researchers and bird-loving volunteers discovered the rare "Eagle River" spectacle on the sea-crossing channel of bird migration in Dalian Laotieshan National Nature Reserve. More than 100 large and medium-sized raptors such as eagles circled a small area. This phenomenon lasted for about 20 minutes before the eagles gradually dispersed. Laotieshan National Nature Reserve was established on an island in 1980 and is home to about 350 species of birds and 20,000 snakes.
