14 killed in Indonesia after passenger boat caught fire

14 people were killed after a passenger boat caught fire on Monday off southern Indonesia. The boat was sailing from Kupang to the town of Kalabahi on Alor island. Officials say 226 people, including passengers and crew members, have been rescued.
